Initiative

Our social-democratic platform has about two hundred members and some hundert of sympathisers.

We cooperate on preparation of environmental programme of ČSSD, promote attitudes of ČSSD to environmental problems and cooperate with experts, environmental NGOs and various politicians.
We offer alternative views of intraparty discussion, organize seminars and lectures, prepare information materials and publications.

Reasonable environmental policy brings not only energy and material savings, but also economic growth, creating new jobs and resources for the social sphere.
We push for sustainable development, healthy foodstuff, unpolluted environment, nature preservation, ecological transportation, utilization of waste and energy saving.
